Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbjj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbjj website, mobile interface, games, betting services, payment systems, and all other features and content offered at xbjj.io and its associated sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or using customer support — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling version. xbjj targets the Bangladesh market and all monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to xbjj is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using any xbjj service.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of xbjj or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the xbjj platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Age Verification Process

xbjj operates a mandatory age verification process. Upon registration, you will be required to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, you must complete full KYC verification, which includes submission of a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) card. xbjj reserves the right to suspend any account and withhold funds pending age verification at any time.

Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one xbjj account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been opened using your personal information, contact xbjj support immediately at [email protected].

Accurate Information

When registering your xbjj account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbjj username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbjj will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which adds a second layer of security to your account login process.

xbjj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify xbjj immediately by emailing [email protected] so that we can suspend your account and investigate.

Session Timeout

For security purposes, xbjj implements automatic session timeouts on inactive accounts. Players accessing xbjj from shared or public devices are strongly advised to log out manually after each session and to never save passwords on shared browsers.

KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, xbjj requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card showing your full name, date of birth, and NID number. Passports and driving licences may also be accepted at xbjj's discretion.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past three months showing your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: In certain cases, xbjj may request confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank card used for deposits is registered in your name.

Verification Timeline

xbjj aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of document submission during normal operating periods. Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified by email when your verification is approved or if additional documents are required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

xbjj supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank)

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xbjj is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposit amounts, though very large deposits may trigger additional security review. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned. xbjj does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

bKash and Nagad deposits typically reflect in your xbjj account balance within seconds of payment authorisation. Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer's processing time.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully completed on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible. xbjj reserves the right to request additional identity confirmation before processing any withdrawal.

xbjj targets a processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during support hours (24/7, BST, UTC+6). Bank card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Currency

All xbjj account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). xbjj does not hold accounts in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction. Players are not subject to foreign exchange rate risk when using xbjj.

Bonuses & Promotions

xbjj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your xbjj account are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification and meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion. Players who have self-excluded or are enrolled in a cooling-off period are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer during that period. xbjj reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific countries, payment methods, or player segments.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting game mechanics to guarantee bonus conversion, placing low-risk hedge bets across outcomes to minimise wagering risk, or providing false information to obtain a bonus — is strictly prohibited. xbjj reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

xbjj is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on the Platform.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on xbjj use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are entirely random, statistically fair, and cannot be manipulated by the player or by xbjj. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games are published and available for player reference.

Live Casino Games

Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. xbjj reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event if they were accepted due to a system error.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, xbjj reserves the right to void any bets placed during the malfunction period. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance. xbjj is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or verification documents
• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting markets
• Placing bets on the outcome of events in which you have insider knowledge or the ability to influence the outcome
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your geographic location
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without their express written consent
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbjj staff or other players through any communication channel

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the xbjj Platform — including but not limited to the xbjj brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to xbjj. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any xbjj intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use of xbjj intellectual property — including reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, scraping, or reverse engineering — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of xbjj.

Game content available on the xbjj Platform is owned by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and others) and is licensed to xbjj for display on the Platform. All rights in game content remain with the originating studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbjj's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbjj account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbjj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if xbjj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xbjj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions (including internet service provider failures or mobile network outages in Bangladesh) may temporarily affect Platform availability. xbjj is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Account Suspension & Termination

xbjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if xbjj has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You are engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform
• Continued operation of your account would create a legal or compliance risk for xbjj
• You are under 21 years of age

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, xbjj reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the account balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.

Termination by Player

You may close your xbjj account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Before closing your account, you may withdraw your available real-money balance via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Changes to These Terms

xbjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbjj will notify registered players via email or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at xbjj.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the xbjj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
